Locked out on the northside?

Call the Brendale shop. During shop hours the van covers lockouts across Pine Rivers, Moreton Bay and North Brisbane, and you'll get a time and a quote on the phone.

Open Mon to Thu 8am to 4:45pm, Fri to 4:30pm. Closed weekends.

What happens when you call

Three steps, no theatrics.

  1. 1

    Call the shop

Say where you are and what's locked. You'll get a time and a quote on the phone.

  2. 2

    The van comes to you

A locksmith comes to you in the van. How the door gets opened is talked through with you before anything is done.

  3. 3

    Back inside, properly

Once you're in, we sort what caused it: a key cut on the spot, a rekey, or a lock that finally gets replaced.

Speed, according to other people

Response-time promises are cheap. Reviews aren't.

The van is based at the Brendale workshop, which means it starts close to Strathpine, Warner, Albany Creek and the suburbs around them. See every suburb on the service areas page.

Standing outside the door right now?

Call before you try anything heroic with a credit card. Doors forgive locksmiths, not improvisation.

Common questions

Are you a 24/7 emergency locksmith?

Open Mon to Thu 8am to 4:45pm, Fri to 4:30pm. Closed weekends. Call the shop and we'll tell you what we can do today.

How fast can you get to me?

Depends where you are and where the van is. One reviewer mentions a locksmith onsite within 30 minutes for an urgent job, but we'd rather quote you a real time on the phone than print a promise here.

Will you have to break my lock to get in?

That depends on the lock. Call and describe it, and we'll talk through the options and the cost before any work starts.

What does an emergency call-out cost?

There's a call-out fee plus the work itself. You'll get a quote on the phone, and any change found on site is explained before work goes ahead. If you can safely get to the shop instead, that's cheaper, and yes, we'll tell you so on the phone.
